Recently repaired a customer's 930KW generator
metal pierced a hole in the shell of the frame from the intense heat. However, through a battery of extensive tests, there was no damage found to the rotor, with only minor stator lamination damage to go along with a complete rewinding of the stator. The hole in the frame was repaired and restored, the coils were converted from random wound windings to form wound coils, and the repairs successfully completed and tested within the allotted timeframe that was quoted. The customer was very happy with our turnkey services and has since become a very loyal and valued customer of ours. |
